Important Customer services EnterpriseKey Responsibilities: Draft of contracts, preparation of answer to clients' requested contract terms and ability to provide contractual language to communications, letters, contractual changes, etc. Identify risks associated to new RFPs, contracts or any documents from clients and/or suppliers, and propose alternatives to mitigate them. Participate as a negotiation team member during Contract negotiations as required. Provides subcontractor management support and set-up of back-to-back agreements. Acts as Interface with IT, Legal, Finance, HR, etc in the preparation of contract terms and negotiation of the contract. Provide counsel to the team members regarding contractual obligations and corrective measures. Ensure that services defined within proposals conform to the contract. Responsible for the framework and process methodologies for contract adjustments, including edits, administrative, changes, new services or new volumes. Strong skills in building and maintaining networks and relationships internally to ensure client business are supported and successfully delivered. Drives contract changes and amendments. Qualify finalized service, scope, requirements and priorities, taking into account all associated risks and risk mitigation strategiesOpportunity and professional development.
