We are looking for an Office Coordinator to organize the office operations and procedures. The ideal candidate is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks. The Office Coordinator must be exceedingly well-organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse and multidisciplinary people.
Administrative tasks: receptionist, customer service.
Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, calls, supplies, equipment.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Provide general support to visitors
Organize office operations and procedures
