- Airport Services Agent Indiferente

We're looking for a customer focused airport service agent to join our team on a permanent basis. You will deliver exceptional service to customers within the airport terminal and help create a stress free environment for them whilst they are travelling with Qatar Airways.
You will provide full support to the handling team across check in, ramp and lost and found and ensure a seamless service to the customers. 
As the first point of contact between the Airline and its customers, you will portray QR image to the highest standard ensuring that our customers receive our award winning 5 Star services at all times.
Accountabilities of the role:
- Check in - greeting of customers and providing exceptional customer service to both passengers and crew
- Lost and Found - understand the procedures around compensation for customers and ensure any queries are dealt with professionally
- Ramp - ensure safety and security procedures are followed   
- Provide full support to the handling team to ensure that safety measures are followed
- Escort customers throughout the terminal where necessary
This is a shift based role and will cover shifts between the hours of 0600-1930hrs
Please note the successful candidate will need to obtain a criminal record check for working within the airport operation and so should be able to provide 5 years of full referencing 
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- An understanding of airport procedures
- Strong customer service focus
- Resilience to deal with setbacks and delays
- Ability to thrive on challenges and turn things around for the positive
- Strong decision making skills
- Adaptable and flexible to deal with last minute changes
- Experience working with airport systems, Amadeus and/or Altea preferable
- Fluent in English with conversational Spanish
