HR Director Indiferente

The candidate will be responsible to:
-Support managers to address and resolve all kind of employee relations challenges, including disciplinary and legal processes.
-Act as a consultant to your internal client and provide input on the HR implications of strategic and operational decisions and plans.
-Perform recruitment processes.
-Assist local managers in establishing job descriptions and their related job ranking for all staff under the area of responsibility.
-Manage the performance appraisal of staff assigned by making sure that all managers have targets at the beginning of the business year and achievement assessment at the end.
-Maintain and strengthen compliance with the labour relations and tax regulations of Spain and Portugal.
-Contribute, in collaboration with the International HR Director, to succession planning and talent management.
-Identify training needs and propose training programs and succession plans.
-Drive or be a part of international HR projects.
-Ensure alignment of HR related programs, processes and projects with strategic business objectives.
-Organize and prepare the pay roll.

University degree in HR or equivalent. Minimum 12 years of experience in Human Resources, with ideally 4 years of HR Management. Good knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese Labour Law. Excellent knowledge of French or English languages (verbal and written).
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions. Strong internal and external customer service focus. Results-oriented.
