Receive customer requests via email and answer inquiries concerning user accounts, in a timely manner
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
·Receives and processes all requests for accounts in the process concerning from creation to cancellation
·Updates client file
·Communicates and provides information
·Assists in data collection and data entry
·Reports and contacts to higher Technical Department in an already stablished workflow
·Performs other duties as assigned
