Internal Auditor - Business Consultant Indiferente

As an Internal Auditor your role is to:
-Plan internal audits
-Run and manage data analysis during the preparation phase
-Lead the internal audit team during the on site assignments
-Assist local companies in optimizing their finance function and underlying processes
-Contribute to know-how development within the audit team
-Auditing and advising across all group divisions and all other functional areas by identifying risks, analyzing business improvement potential and defining the implementation process for changes together with local management and central group functions.
In this position you will report directly to the Head of Internal Audit.

Professional experience of 1-3 years in one of the following areas:
-Controlling (of single business function or at central level) or Accounting
-Operational improvement within the finance function
-Cost management
-Planning, budgeting and management reporting (preferably in a manufacturing context)
The ideal candidate demonstrated solid + relevant experience in at least one of the following areas:
-Process improvement
-Financial and profitability analyses requiring integration of different data sources and interpreting the outcome in relation to the business issues at hand Experience with SAP is a plus
-Relevant skills to work in the Internal Audit team
-Fluency in English
-Good writing + presentation skills
-Strong communication + interpersonal skills
-Ability to work both in a team and independently
-Ability to adapt to different cultural and professional environments
-Ability to engage constructively with other stakeholders in an inquiring and professionally skeptic manner
The amount of travel needed for this role is around 50% (20 weeks per year).
