## Job Responsibilities:()Job purposeThe Global Vendor and Partner Assurance Senior Assessor is a hands-on position. The Assessor will assess, evaluate and report on ADP vendor's and partner's risks. These risks will cover the financial, operational, compliance, security/resiliency and strategic risks associated with third party vendors & partners. The Assessor is responsible for assessing and managing vendor risks on a global basis.ResponsibilitiesConduct holistic vendor and partner risk assessments worldwide as required during various phases of the Global Vendor and Partner Assurance Program while utilizing industry standards and frameworks, such as ISO27001, COBIT, and NIST. Create detailed risk assessment reports to explain identified risks, describe potential business impact, and provide prioritized recommendations for remediation. Review policies, guidelines and procedure documents to determine compliance and management controls Interview process owners, vendors and consultants to assess the design and operating effectiveness of IT, business process controls and management oversight while maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions with the IT and Business Department's personnel Participate in various meetings with business, vendors, partners and other GSO resources during the various phases of the assessment process. Display strong technical and process knowledge by conducting efficient and effective assessments. Participate in onsite assessments where and when required to assess the various security controls of the vendor. Escalate unacceptable vendor and partner risks through appropriate channels. Contribute to the team by researching market trends, products, tools and techniques to enhance subject matter expertise and improve service offerings. Maintain internal assessment and reporting tools, documents, and systems. Manage the risk assessment, remediation and monitoring of holistic vendor risks Prepare written reports and presentations for the engineering level, manager level, and executive levels. Ensure assigned risk assessments are completed on time.## Experience, Skills, AcademicExperienceBachelor's degree in related field and/or a combination of education and professional experience Minimum 5 years of professional information security and/or compliance work experience required. Valid experience includes information security related work performed as a practitioner or consultant. At least 2 years of professional experience as auditor is a plus. Possess an extensive technical breadth through experience in the IT industry. This breadth should be in areas of IT and Security Proficient in risk assessment, interpretation, analytical and negotiation skills. Proficient technical skills, including: audit, business analysis, change management, IT risk management, operation systems and data sources knowledge, performance metrics and reporting, technical problem resolution, project management, and vendor management. Familiar with certifications and compliance frameworks such as ISAE3401, SSAE16, SOX, COBIT, etc. IT Risk Management/Audit industry certification (such as CISSP, CISA,CISM, ISO27001, CRISC, etc.) a plus International exposureAdditional Requirements:High Level of organizational skills.
