FuncionesLead a team responsible for maximizing deployment and adoption of the distribution products for Travel Agencies and Corporations in line with the commercial plans of the business units and regions in order to optimize revenue generation and increase time-to-market performanceMain responsibilitiesDevelop, implement and manage the Release to Market processes - Develop and drive a standardized and scalable process to deploy products and services to the markets - Define a prioritisation process for the selection of releases, depending on the product importance to the markets - Establish clear communication and knowledge management of releases to market Plan, coordinate and manage releases to the markets and regions - Ensure regional roll-out plans are in place and committed - Manage the release schedules and ensure they have been adopted and signed off for approval by the relevant departments - Plan external awareness sessions with the regions o Deploy sales tools, practices, value proposition, training and workshops - Ensure internal awareness and training has been planned and executed within timelines Define and measure deployment objectives and KPIs - Initiate and/ or support promotional and adoption programs and measure their performance - Build interim release measurement in order to take timely actions (corrective, accelerate, escalate) to meet committed timelinesCommunication - Ensure visibility of the main releases deployed to the markets - Ensure timely communication of the planned releases - Develop internal and external awareness communication and supporting materials Assist, guide and motivate team members in their assigned functions. - Fix and follow-up objectives for individuals in line with organizational goals. - Manage HR activity and procedures related to their area/department. - Ensure timely and appropriate communication to team members regarding organisation information. - Report on team activities. - Conduct annual appraisal interviews. - Provide input for salary reviews. - Development of their teams based on continuous assessment on needs. - Interview and select candidates for department team. - Manage professional staff and/or may manage team leaders - May manage technical/functional/business support or operation staff - Is accountable for the performance and results of a unit within own discipline (for ex. Product Def) or function (for ex.
