European Customer Service Manager En Barcelona - Barcelona Indiferente

Our client is searching for the industry: Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain to cover a position as European Customer Service Manager and reporting to the European vice-president who will be responsible to:-Coordinate and check order data entry at European level-Collaborate with Logistic dept. concerning import and deliveries-Establish and apply priorities of deliveries among European countries and customers-Be responsible and coordinate product allocation-Follow up of order preparation and deliveries-Supervise and coordinate local customer service representatives (Spain, Italy, Germany, UK and Switzerland)-Establish and coordinate customer service ways of working and commercial procedures-Supervise and coordinate reverse logistics (returns)-Supervise deliveries (B2B and B2C)-Manage and control of the centralised European stock, coordinating and organising inventory strategies-Responsibility for a team of about 5/6 people in the processes described-Position reporting the European vice-president-Important multinacional company from the retail sector- Important multinacional company from the retail sectorWe are looking for an European Customer Service Manager with the following requirements:-Higher Education, University Degree (Field engineering, operations, economics or similar)-Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position supervising different countries, preferably in Shoes/Fashion industry-Knowledge of Retail and Wholesale channels-High level of English spoken and written, a second European language will be welcome (preferably German)
